REFUND POLICY
Class Cancellation
In case of a customer-initiated cancellation, we are ready to reschedule your class to any available and convenient date and time for you or provide a full refund if the cancellation occurs no less than 24 hours before the start. In case of a last-minute cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled class, no refund or rescheduling of your class is provided, even in case of a no-show or sickness.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled class, we reserve the right to cancel your class and retain 100% of the payment made by you.
In case of any class cancellation from our side, we will issue a full refund or offer the option to reschedule your class at a different time.
Cigar Rolling is allowed from 21 years of age. In case it is a group, everyone must be 21+. Anyone under 21 years of age will not be admitted to the Cigar Rolling Class.
